Just ask your data
The answer is somewhere in the system. Ask for it in plain English and get it back off your own live records, with the list behind it.
Replaces: Replaces clicking through four screens to answer a question somebody asked in passing

How it goes today
- A question with a five click answer, asked twenty times a week by whoever is standing there.
- Reports that tell you what happened last month when what you wanted was one number, now.
- The knowledge of where everything is living in one person's head, and that person being on holiday.
What Stalmio does instead
- Ask in plain English: what is overdue, what has sat longest, who has not paid.
- The answer is read from your live records at the moment you ask.
- You get the list behind it, so you can click through and check.
What happens
Ask the way you would ask a colleague
Which machines have been in stock the longest. Who has not paid us. What is in the workshop this week. There is no query language and no report to configure: you type the question the way you would say it.
It reads your own records
The answer is looked up in your live data at the moment you ask: your stock, your deals, your customers, your jobs, your bills. It is not a summary written last night and it is not a guess.
You get the answer and the list behind it
The reply is the short answer plus the records it came from, so you can click straight through to the machine, the deal or the customer instead of taking the number on trust.
It only ever reads
The assistant answers questions. It does not change your data, send anything to a customer or move a deal along, so there is nothing it can do that you would have to undo.
Who this is for
- Owners who want one number without opening four screens to build it.
- Anyone covering for the person who knows where everything is.
- Sales managers who ask the same question about the pipeline every Monday morning.
- Dealers whose data is all in one place and who have never got much back out of it.
- Anyone who would rather ask a question than learn a reporting tool.
What you get today
- Answers from your own live records, read at the moment you ask, with the records it used shown underneath.
- It reads and answers, so there is nothing it can do to your data that you would have to undo.
- It sits beside the reports rather than replacing them: a question when you want one answer, a report when you want the whole picture.
Questions dealers ask
- Can it change anything in my system?
- No. It only reads. It cannot create, edit or delete a record, and it cannot send anything to a customer, so the worst it can do is answer a question badly.
- Where do its answers come from?
- Your own live data, read at the moment you ask, and it shows you the records it used. If something looks wrong you can click through and check it rather than wonder.
- Can other people at the dealership see my data through it?
- It answers within whatever each person is already allowed to see. It is not a way around permissions, and it does not widen anybody's access.

A demo is a conversation, not a slideshow. Bring your machines, your hire fleet and the part of the week that annoys you most.
