The enquiry answered before you woke up

An email arrives at twenty to ten at night. It is read, understood and acknowledged under your name, with a quote drafted from your real prices waiting for you.

Replaces: Replaces the enquiry that sat unread until Monday and went to somebody else

How it goes today

  • The enquiry that comes in at 9:40pm and goes to whichever dealer replies first.
  • A weekend of emails nobody sees until Monday, by which time the customer has hired elsewhere.
  • Quotes that take two days because the person who knows the rates was out on a job.

What Stalmio does instead

  • The email is read, the machine identified and the dates picked out.
  • The customer is acknowledged instantly, under your dealership name.
  • A quote is drafted from your real prices and waits for your approval.

What happens

  1. The email is read and understood

An enquiry arrives by email. Stalmio works out which machine it is about, what dates are being asked for and what the customer actually wants, and files it against the machine and the customer rather than leaving it in an inbox.

  2. The customer is acknowledged straight away

A reply goes back immediately, under your dealership name, telling them they have been heard. That is what stops them working down the list to the next dealer, and it happens whether or not anybody is awake.

  3. A quote is drafted from your real prices

The draft is built from your own rates and your own stock, not from numbers an AI invented. It is a quote you could have written, sitting ready, with the machine and the dates already on it.

  4. Nothing is sent until you say so

The quote waits for your approval. You read it in the morning, change anything you want to change, and send it with one click. Approval is required by default, and turning that off is a decision only you can make.

Who this is for

  • Dealers who lose work to whoever answers first, which is most of the work that is lost.
  • Small teams with nobody on the phones in the evening, at weekends or during a busy morning.
  • Anyone who has read a Monday enquiry that was already too late to answer.
  • Owners who like the idea and do not trust an AI to talk to their customers unsupervised. It cannot, unless you let it.
  • Dealers who want their out of hours to look like everybody else's office hours.

What you get today

  • An email enquiry read, understood and acknowledged under your dealership name, the moment it arrives.
  • A quote drafted from your own rates and your own stock, waiting for your approval. That is how it arrives out of the box.
  • You switch it on when you want it, and set the hours it covers, so it answers when you cannot.

Questions dealers ask

Will it send something to my customer that I have not seen?
The acknowledgment, yes: that is the point, and it says only that the enquiry has arrived. The quote, no. Quotes wait for your approval unless you deliberately change that setting.
Where do the prices in the quote come from?
From your own rates and the machine in your own stock. Nothing is estimated and nothing is invented, which is why the draft is usually the quote you would have written yourself.
Can I have it only outside office hours?
Yes. Set your hours and it answers when you cannot, then stands aside during the day so your own people handle the enquiry as they always have.
